Resident Handbook

House Rules

Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, structured, and substance-free environment where residents can focus on recovery, personal growth, employment, education, and becoming productive members of society.

Living here is a privilege, not a right. Every resident is expected to contribute to a respectful recovery community.

Full Policy

34 standards for a safer home

Every resident agrees to these standards on move-in. Structure is what makes early recovery possible.

1

Zero Tolerance Policy

Residents may not possess or consume alcohol, illegal drugs, marijuana (including medical marijuana unless specifically approved by management), or drug paraphernalia. Abuse of prescription medication is also prohibited.

Violation may result in immediate discharge.

2

Curfew Policy

Curfew exists to promote safety, accountability, and healthy routines. Sunday through Thursday curfew is 12:00 AM. Friday and Saturday curfew is 2:00 AM.

Residents employed during overnight shifts may request written exemptions. Curfew violations follow a verbal warning → written warning → behavior contract → eviction progression.

3

Random Drug & Alcohol Testing

Residents agree to random urine testing, breathalyzer testing, testing after suspicious behavior, after leaving overnight, and when relapse concerns arise.

Refusing a test is considered a positive test. Residents are responsible for testing costs if applicable.

4
